Who can use LifeReps

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Accounts are for parents and legal guardians. Children may use LifeReps only through your account, with your permission, and you're responsible for their use.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and the information you give us accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

• Use LifeReps only for its purpose: conversation practice.
• Don't try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or get around practice limits or access rules.
• Don't use LifeReps to harass anyone, or to create harmful, illegal or sexual content.
• Don't share your account outside your household.

Practice, not therapy or emergency help

LifeReps is a practice tool. It isn't therapy, counseling, medical advice or an emergency service. If a child is in danger, call 911. In a mental-health crisis in the US, call or text 988.

About the AI

The practice partner and the feedback are generated by AI. They can be wrong, sound odd, or misunderstand. Feedback is a helpful guide, not a grade or a professional assessment. We work to keep conversations age-appropriate, but we can't guarantee every response will be perfect. Please tell us if something seems off.

Free trial, subscriptions and cancellation

• Free trial: 7 days with 10 practice Reps per child. The 7 days begin with your child's first Rep. No credit card is needed for the trial, and it doesn't turn into a paid plan automatically.
• Plans: $15.99 a month or $159 a year for a household of up to 3 children, plus $4.99 a month or $49 a year for each additional child. Prices are in US dollars; taxes may apply. Paid plans include up to 30 completed Reps per child each calendar month.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We charge the payment method you gave Stripe.
• Changes: if you switch between monthly and yearly, we charge the new price right away minus a credit for unused time. Adding or removing children beyond 3 adjusts your price, prorated.
• Cancelling: cancel anytime in Account → Plan & billing → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds: You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months. If you're charged for a yearly plan for the first time, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of that charge by emailing hello@mylifereps.com. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we'll honor it.
• Price changes: we'll tell you in advance, and changes apply from your next renewal.

Our content

LifeReps, its scenarios, characters, feedback and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for your household's personal practice.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account → Privacy & data. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Disclaimers and limits

LifeReps is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes in advance, and the date at the top will change.
