Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You can start the free trial without a credit card.
What happens when the trial ends?
Practice pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, anytime from Plan & billing. Switching to yearly charges the yearly price minus credit for unused monthly time.
How do refunds work?
You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months. If you're charged for a yearly plan for the first time, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of that charge by emailing hello@mylifereps.com.
Is there a limit on Reps?
Up to 30 per child per month, so the service stays sustainable. Contact us if you need more.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax may apply depending on where you live; it's shown at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
